Old binder Driveway....

Old binder Driveway. What we have here is an old binder driveway that we've never tapped(?). You could see the weeds growing in along the edge and to the sidewalk and how there's a nice lip into garage floor at the sidewalk and at the gutter. This is because they left(?) groomed(?) for another inch of ____ to be placed later which was never done. So technically, this driveway is incomplete. listen

In this post here, we're...

In this post here, we're gonna talk about water flow. If the water has nowhere to flow, what do you do? If you look just ahead pass the mulch pile on the left, just in front of it you will see where the water settles. You could see the sediment there. The grass is too high for it to go anywhere. listen

Damage from a gasoline leak in car

Even the smallest amount of gasoline can do big time damage!

Gasoline thins out the tar which holds the stone together in the asphalt. When this happens a hole in the asphalt is made exposing the base (stone layer which supports the asphalt layer) if water is allowed to enter the base it will become unstable leading to more extensive damage. In this case we used the Infrared process. The end result is a seem-less, water tight and the most cosmetically correct repair available.
